Hi! My name is Rico Gojar Gidoc, an I.T. professional who worked abroad for decades since my teenage years. During that time, I built my foundation, invested wisely, and focused on providing quality education for my three children, supporting them in the paths they chose so they could have a good life. Today, they are all professionals, and it is now my time to build my own journey. I have chosen to enter the real estate industry—a work that I am truly proud of. I also worked in the shipping industry as a shipping agent, also known as a boarding officer. My role was to coordinate and provide updates to all concerned authorities, including the Port Authority, Customs, Quarantine Doctor, Maritime Police, and the Philippine Navy, regarding the arrival and status of vessels. I acted as the official representative of the ship owner in the Philippines. I was also responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the vessel, such as discharging, bunkering, and loading cargo, as well as arranging essential supplies like water, food, and other provisions. All activities required accurate and updated daily reporting to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant vessel operations.
