Previous experience includes working in the shipping industry as a shipping agent, also known as a boarding officer. The role involved coordinating and providing updates to concerned authorities, including the Port Authority, Customs, Quarantine Doctor, Maritime Police, and the Philippine Navy, regarding vessel arrivals and status. Served as the official representative of the ship owner in the Philippines and was responsible for monitoring daily vessel operations such as discharging, bunkering, and loading cargo, as well as arranging essential supplies like water, food, and other provisions. All activities required accurate and timely daily reporting to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant vessel operations.

A strong passion for nature and web development continues, along with investing in good health, continuously learning new skills, and growing in the real estate industry—which remains the top priority.
